Free Shipping Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to expedite the shipping process for fast delivery of your order.

At Edirtbike.com, We offer free shipping for electric bikes & accessories (Excluding remote areas). They generally will be shipped within 1-2 business days and will be delivered within a time frame of 3-7 business days depending on where you live.

Note: Electric dirt bike accessories & parts – Transit time may vary depending on proximity to our warehouse and inventory availability.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders placed on E-dirt bike store are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders made from Monday to Friday are processed within 24 hours, while those placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays are processed the next working day.

Unless otherwise specified on specific ebike page, orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. Please allow 5-10 working days for your shipment to reach your address.

Note: Please note that Underage riders must be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.

Late Shipment or Pre-order

If we are unable to ship within the specified time, we will contact you to inform you the reason of delay and offer an estimated date.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the Z8 bike page. After shipment, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you, and the goods will be dispatched upon your confirmation.

Delivery Time

Prior to shipment, all products undergo preparation, quality control tests, and careful packaging. Therefore, processing and delivery times are separate. The estimated total delivery time is about 5-10 working days. Please be patient and understanding as delivery times may vary depending on supply and demand.

All electric bikes are typically shipped from local warehouse in US, Poland & Netherlands warehouse, with delivery taking 5-12 working days. Ebike parts shipped from our CN (China) warehouse may take 7-15 working days.

Netherlands Warehouse

Our NL warehouse only accepts pickup or dispatch orders located in the Netherlands.

Poland Warehouse

For delivery to the European Union, we’ll dispatch orders from the Poland warehouse with free shipping and tax included.

US Warehouse

We offer free shipping for purchases made on the Idpoo electric bike online shop to the lower 48 states from our California warehouse, excluding PO BOXES or APO addresses, as well as AK, HI, PR, VI, and GU.

Shipping Methods

We utilize local and international shipping services, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, TNT, DPD, DHL Express, EMS, and China Post, to ensure prompt delivery to customers worldwide.

Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, etc.

Package Tracking

Registered users can track their orders and shipping information on our website. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number (AWB) to track your order’s delivery status.

Duties and Taxes

Electric bikes that are purchased from edirtbike store are subjected to customs import duties or widely known as Value Added Tax (VAT), excise duties. This is a standard practice in Europe and they are collected by your local government customs authorities.

Europe Union

The electric dirt bike shipped from EU warehouses. We prepay the customs duties for Europe shipments so you do not need to pay an extra sum.

United States

We offer customs clearance duty-free service for online ebike orders, including shipping, customs fees, and import fees. However, certain countries (GB, NO, CH, Canada) may require customs and consumer tax on electric bike accessories/parts orders, which customers are responsible for paying.

For all orders, we ensure proper packaging and marking to facilitate customs clearance and minimize delays.
