Rider A: It really depends on your child. I built an ebike with and for my son when he turned 11. He’s also ridden go karts and mini bikes since he was 5.
Rider B: World has gone soft as hell. We had 20mph gas mopeds at 10 and we did fine. Teach your kids to be responsible and you’ll be fine.
