Yes, H9 fat tire electric bikes are legal to ride in Europe public streets, including the Netherlands, as long as has a maximum speed limits of 25 km/h, motor power 250W and Pedal Assist only.
We do not recommend that children aged 9 to 12 operate any EV that travels faster than 15 mph. However, teenager kids can ride the OUXI H9, as there are no age restrictions on Class 1 and 2 e-bikes, provided they meet the height and weight requirements, and it’s important to ensure they wear appropriate safety gear, such as helmets.
Regularly clean and inspect the disc brakes, check tire pressure and keep the battery charged but avoid overcharging. Better not to ride in raining weather and store ebike in cool place to prevent electrical damage from humidity.
