How to Chage or Replace Motor for Ridstar Q20
- Turn off your eBike and remove the rear wheel.
- Unscrew six motor hub bolts.
- Clean out debris and old grease.
- Apply white lithium grease to the new gear core.
- Insert the new Ridstar motor replacement and tighten bolts in a star pattern.
- Reconnect all wiring and test throttle response.

You do not need to cut any physical wires. The “limiter” is a software setting on your M5 display.

Hold Up and Down again to save.
